NATIONAL POLICY OF THE SOVIET STATE: INFLUENCE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF KYRGYZ CULTURE, LANGUAGE AND EDUCATION

Abstract

This article examines "National Policy of the Soviet State: Impact on the Development of Kyrgyz Culture, Language and Education" focuses on the impact of Soviet national policy on the formation and evolution of Kyrgyz culture, language and education. Analyzes the period of Soviet rule in Kyrgyzstan from the early twentieth century until the collapse of the USSR in 1991, examining government programs, laws, and reforms aimed at stimulating national development. The study also describes the contradictions and challenges that Kyrgyz culture faced under Soviet modernization and political reform. Overall, the work reveals the complex dynamics between Soviet nationality policies and Kyrgyz identity, as well as its impact on contemporary Kyrgyz society.

In this study, we delve into the history and impact of Soviet nationality policies on Kyrgyzstan.
