Abstract

The qualitative changes taking place in Kyrgyzstan in recent years, the history of large and small cities, including population groups and functional areas, the use of traditional methods of new applied areas of knowledge at the level of settlements living in them, the study of regional and municipal development problems required rethinking. That is why in this article, in the conditions of the modern historical turn in the development of civilization, the study of medium and small towns of the Jalal-Abad region is of increasing interest, because cities not only preserve the economic, demographic, financial, cultural and intellectual potential of society, but also but it also served as the center for the implementation of management plans. We all know that the construction of the city of Kara-Kul and its current state require constant research and long-term plans.
