The article analyzed the physical education lesson and its impact on the development of students. Physical education in school education is not only a way to maintain physical health, but also an important element of comprehensive development of a person. We analyzed the national games of the Kyrgyz people that can be played by students in the physical education class. We talked about the types of games, what kind of games should be played in which classes. It was noted that the game develops the child's ability to communicate, strengthens the sense of patriotism, and sometimes he can easily master what is difficult during the learning process. It was noted that games are very important not only for spending free time and strengthening children's bodies, but also for relaxation, enriching their mind, intuition, and spiritual vision. The ideas of scientists were considered as examples, and the logical development of Kyrgyz national games, like chess, was discussed. The article can be used by school teachers and students.
