Abstract

The political, social-economic and cultural impacts of the Kokand statehood including Batken region in the South of Kyrgyzstan was analyzed the state and political activities with the study of origins of well known public and political figure, prominent leader of  Kokand Khanate  Alymkul Atalyk. The life story of the Kol bashchy  Alymkul Atalyk, political and public activities, and a fresh look at the struggle against the colonial expansion of the Russian Empire, there was a valuable feedback in order to draw public attention to complex research and training programs.
