Abstract

It is known that the foundations of spiritual and physical education given to a person in every society start from childhood. Sports games are often associated with military training. These included simple physical exercises that formed children and simple moral concepts and attitudes, from games that were used for entertainment.

Pursuing a strategic and tactical goal, the youth prepared for war.

Our ancestors were nomadic people, so they paid special attention to horse games. Especially riding a horse was considered the most important skill.

Scientists have classified exercises and competitions of Kyrgyz games developed in the feudal era.

Women participated as much as men in all spheres of life.

We believe that this kind of history will have a great impact on educating young people to patriotism and love for the Motherland, and will also contribute to their growth as professional champions.
