The reflection of the theme of the Fatherland in the work of folk singers in the South

Abstract

This article analyzes the reflection of the theme of the Fatherland in the work of folk singers in the South. Love for the homeland, its beauty, historical significance and the duty to protect it are emphasized as the main motives of folk songs and epics. The main purpose of this article is to study how the theme of the Fatherland is reflected in the works of folk singers in the South. The singers aimed to awaken the unity of their people, patriotic feelings and provide patriotic education to the younger generation in their works. The article gives examples from the works of famous folk singers and analyzes their poetic features. It also considers the relevance of this topic and its role in strengthening national consciousness. The study is aimed at revealing the social significance of folk poetry. The historical-comparative method was used in the study. The results of the study show that folk singers are distinguished by their improvisational skills, melodiousness and influence on melodies. The value of the study is that folk works can historically contain the intellectual wealth created by the Kyrgyz people. The practicality of the improvisational and traditional skills of folk poets is considered. The results of the study are recommended for use by students of philological education.
