The article provides recommendations on the development of logical thinking in the transfer of mathematical knowledge to primary school students, further progress of students in the learning process, methods of data analysis and understanding. When solving mathematical problems, the children's ability to use logical techniques, make the right decisions, present arguments and practice abstract thinking was taken into account. The development of logical thinking helps students to solve the problems of everyday life, to think critically, as well as to deeply assimilate mathematical concepts. The various methods, examples, and logical problems used in mathematics allow students to develop creative and analytical thinking. Therefore, the development of logical thinking in younger schoolchildren has a significant impact on the overall intellectual, moral and ethical development of the child.
