the developed professional culture of a teacher contributes to the creation of a favorable learning environment, effective teaching and upbringing of the younger generation, as well as adaptation to changes in education. Therefore, the development of a teacher's professional culture should be a priority for educational institutions and educators. The article analyzes that the professional culture of a teacher is the main factor determining the quality of the educational process and the development of a student's personality, and that it forms a set of personal and professional characteristics that distinguish an experienced teacher from a novice in the profession. The essence of a teacher's professional culture, in addition to simple knowledge of subject knowledge and teaching methods, lies in his professionalism. Professional culture means a teacher's deep understanding of their role and responsibility, commitment to high ethical and moral standards, and a constant commitment to improving their skills. For effective formation of a teacher's professional culture, it is necessary to apply an integrated approach.
