APPLICATION OF THE SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL WORK ORGANIZATION BY YAN AMOS KOMENSKY IN PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Kyrgyzstan is currently undergoing reforms from pre-school institutions to higher professional education institutions. Therefore, in order to improve the current situation, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, S.N. Japarov, issued a decree on the doctrine ”National Spirit – World heights".  Based on this decree, the issue of education and upbringing of youth in the country is considered relevant. Therefore, the history of national public education in the twentieth century is considered one of the most important sources for pedagogical science. As we know, according to the idea of the outstanding Czech teacher Jan Amos Komensky, from ancient times, educational work began at a school for mothers, continued at a native language school, gymnasium and ended with studies at the academy, which will improve the future of young people..  In this regard, the ideas of Ya.A. Komensky are very often found in many works of Soviet scientists. Thus, to this day, the ideas of Jan Amos Komensky, the founder of pedagogy and the creator of the class system, have a great influence on the development of pedagogy, and his principles are valid to this day.

When analyzing data, causal relationships are revealed through systematic data analysis and identification of patterns and trends in complex processes through the use of analytical research methods. As a result of the analytical study, the object is studied, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are given.
