THE USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Physical education and information and communication technologies are two different worlds, two different subjects. Physical education is usually aimed at developing physical qualities, coordination of movements, stability and general physical condition, providing sports activities and a healthy lifestyle and is of particular importance for education. Physical education contributes to the development of the body by improving health, and information and communication technologies help to learn and further develop computer skills, make it easier to manage information in everyday life, as well as read and use digital technologies that will be useful in the modern world. The use of information and communication technologies in teaching physical education, performing physical exercises, and mastering sports games is a necessity of the time when digitalization penetrates into all areas of our lives. The article analyzes the software used in physical education lessons in high school
