THE IMPORTANCE AND FEATURES OF THE ACTIVITY OF A PRESCHOOL TEACHER

The scientific article examines the modern requirements for the professional activity of a preschool educator in the general context of the problem of assessing the quality of preschool education. The need to improve the professional level of teachers in pre-school educational organizations, the requirements for modern educators are indicated. The difference between the profession of a kindergarten teacher and the profession of a school teacher lies in his duties and self-discipline, in the need to achieve professional skills. The duties of an educator-teacher for the upbringing of children are proposed. The conditions for the formation of pedagogical skills and its content are described. The emphasis is on the fact that the role of the educator – in the upbringing and comprehensive formation of children - is high. In accordance with the requirements of the time, the educator - teacher, forming his culture on the basis of universal culture, introduces the younger generation to pedagogical culture, education and upbringing.The article assumes that the educator knows the requirements for the organization in accordance with the new standard and new concepts of upbringing and development of children. .
