INFLUENCE OF ETHNOPEDAGOGY ON LEGAL EDUCATION OF THE PERSONALITY

Abstract

The article examines the relationship between ethnopedology and legal education of the individual. It analyzes how traditional values, norms and practices of education embedded in the ethnopedagogical systems of various peoples influence the formation of legal consciousness, legal culture and law-abiding behavior. The article examines both positive and potentially negative aspects of this influence, considering modern challenges and globalization. Legal education affects various spheres of human life. This is not only knowledge of laws, but also an understanding of the principles of law, mechanisms of justice, the role of civil society in the legal system. It includes the formation of critical thinking, the ability to analyze legal situations, distinguish between lawful and unlawful actions. It also considers the moral and ethical aspects of law. This is the basis of legal culture. Respect for the law does not mean blind obedience, but presupposes an understanding of its importance for ensuring justice, order and stability in society. It is important to understand that the law is intended to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens.
