Abstract

Kyrgyz folk tales have long been used as an important tool for raising children. They greatly help to form moral qualities in children, broaden their horizons and develop creative thinking. Fairy tales clearly show good and evil, justice and tyranny, diligence and laziness, and guide children to choose the right path. Teaching fairy tales in kindergarten is based on special methods that allow children to be curious and actively involved. Artistic reading, role-playing, drawing, discussions and outdoor games contribute to the effective mastery of fairy tales. Fairy tale-based activities develop children's logical thinking, linguistic richness, and social skills. Kyrgyz folk tales celebrate hard work, kindness, justice and ingenuity, and teach children wisdom, patience and harmony. They introduce the culture, traditions and way of life of the Kyrgyz people, contribute to the assimilation of national values. Based on the correct selection of fairy tales and the application of teaching methods, children gain life experience and develop personal qualities.
