Organization of educational work for the development of students' emotional intelligence

This article examines the importance of developing students' emotional intelligence and ways to improve it through educational work. Emotional intelligence, which is the ability to understand one's own emotions, manage them, and accept the emotions of others, has a major impact on students' personality formation, their adaptation to society, and their future success.
The article discusses the main methods used to develop emotional intelligence, including psychological training, role-playing games, fiction, theatrical elements, and emphasizes the effectiveness of reflexive exercises. The issues of creating an atmosphere of friendship between students, developing social skills, teaching proper conflict resolution and forming a culture of cooperation through group projects will also be considered.
It is emphasized that the formation of emotional intelligence requires the joint efforts of teachers, parents and society, and discusses its positive impact on students' academic performance, strengthening social ties and life success.
