Abstract

 The article talks about the current body level of development of general endurance in a physical education lesson. That is why in physical education lessons quality is one of the main objectives. Good health and body systems development of physical qualities: strength, speed, endurance, agility and high-level flexibility. Healthy children are what is needed in any sport - the basic physical qualities of a trained person.

Endurance is the ability to perform work with a given intensity, the ability to work as long as possible. Endurance is a physical sport, regardless of whether it is a necessary quality. A student cannot achieve a high level of development without education. Developing perseverance in the learning process is also an important part of teaching students that the complexity of the graduation narrative cannot be ignored when preparing for competitions.
