THE ROLE OF FOLK ORAL LITERATURE IN MODERN FAMILY EDUCATION

Abstract

This article examines in detail the place and importance of oral folk art in modern family education. Through various types of folk works-fairy tales, proverbs, songs, riddles-the formation of children's personal qualities, the development of their morality, worldview and thinking were analyzed. The responsibility of parents and society in the upbringing of children was also noted, and the effectiveness of using folk works in the upbringing of children was shown.

Special attention in folk education is paid to the education of moral faith. Because a child's manners today are his qualitative sign that he is the man of tomorrow. Parents should introduce children to national values, teach them history, genealogy, appreciate language, traditions, art, reveal the secrets of spiritual values and pass them on to future generations. Folk genealogy is of great importance in the upbringing of children in the family. He expands the worldview and teaches to recognize and respect the nation. That's why the main goal of a modern family is to properly raise a child and give him a “human education.”. Consequently, a child raised in a good family will necessarily acquire good qualities and grow up to be a decent person in life.
