The use of fairy tales, riddles and riddles in preschool groups is one of the important methods that support children's creativity, linguistic and cognitive development. Each of them has a different effect on the psychology, emotions and thinking of children. In the article, we will discuss the achievements and their usefulness in preschool groups through the use of fairy tales, riddles and riddles. It is known that fairy tales, riddles and riddles are important for preschool groups. They contribute not only to the linguistic, logical and intellectual development of children, but also to one of the first stages in learning moral and ethical principles. In the activities of educators, these methods provide extensive experience and important knowledge, and we are convinced that they contribute to the successful socialization of children in the social environment. Fairy tales occupy a special place in preschool education. They help develop children's linguistic skills, improve their thinking and form creative thinking. Riddles are one of the main methods in the upbringing of preschool children. Riddles improve children's diction, phonemic hearing, and correct and precise speech skills. Riddles encourage children to think, compare, and develop imagination.
