Abstract

This article examines the role of integrated lessons in the formation of teachers' professional competence in the modern education system. Modern standards require teachers to have a high level of theoretical knowledge, a combination of practical skills and personal qualities. Integrated lessons, by creating interdisciplinary connections, create conditions for students to comprehensively master the material, and inspire teachers to creativity and the use of innovative methods. Also, the concept of competence, its main components and the professional qualities of a teacher in accordance with the requirements of the time are analyzed. Methods of organizing integrated lessons, examples and their advantages in education are considered. The study highlights the important role of integrated lessons in the effective organization of the learning process and the professional development of a teacher.
