Abstract

The purpose of the study is that the conflict is known from science as one of the main obstacles to the formation of schoolchildren as a person. The most important area of ​​personality development, especially younger schoolchildren, is a society - peers. Therefore, there is a need for children to develop without conflicts and that certain measures are taken to prevent them or decision. The article presents theoretical and expertural studies on the correct solution to this problem and the creation of a model of preventive working lanes that reduce the conflict in the organization of relations of the child and society, adults, educators - teachers and their own peers. Theoretical information in this area and the essence of children's conflicts in children will be expanded, and the essence of the concept of children will become a key subject, and their goal will become the object of satisfaction. At that time, changes in the structure of the structure and interconnection of children were determined by the experimental system. Studies in this area determine the unity of children, the content of factors affecting their norm of behavior analyzed the content of theories and experimental studies.
