One of the key factors in the acquisition, long-term retention, and effective use of knowledge in the learning process is systematic perception and meaningful repetition. Pedagogical psychology emphasizes the need for structured perception of material and repetition in a logical sequence for deep assimilation of knowledge. Systematic perception and repetition are two inseparable processes. If the received knowledge is presented in a structured and logical system, repetition ensures its intelligibility and long-term retention in memory. In effective learning, these two components must be used in a consistent, purposeful, and methodical manner. Systematicity means presenting the material in a unified, step-by-step manner, from the general to the specific or vice versa, from the specific to the general. This article presents specific psychological and didactic methods of meaningful generalization in systematic perception and repetition.
