FORMATION OF COMPETENCE SKILLS OF PRIMARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION SPECIALISTS THROUGH THE USE OF MODERN TEACHING METHODS

Abstract

Competence-based education is an assessment choice based on the definition of goals, the choice of content, the organization of the educational process, educational technologies, learning outcomes, learning outcomes for graduates of educational institutions in the form of relevant joint competencies and demonstration of the results of the formation of the appropriate level of these competencies. It is a method of modeling learning outcomes and demonstrating them as standards of educational quality. Education based on a competence-based approach is gradually replacing the prevailing paradigm of knowledge transfer in education from the modern multifactorial socio-political, market-economic, spatially overloaded information and communication [7]. The main conditions and requirements for education in the field of competence are: - creation of a favorable climate in the classroom; - the use of active forms of learning, forms of teacher-student interaction; - as the level of independence increases, the complexity of practical work increases; - completion of each practical lesson; -the ways of implementation of all works and tasks related to educational information are clearly defined
