THE USE OF ELEMENTS OF ETHNOPEDAGOGY IN ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN THE LITERATURE LESSON IN ELEMENTARY GRADES

Abstract

This article discusses the use of elements of ethnopedagogy in environmental education in primary schools. At school, children gain knowledge about the environment and also learn to treat nature responsibly. Children are more interested in questions about what is harmful to the environment and how to preserve it. Man is part of nature. He cannot live days without nature. Man breathes air, receives nutrients, light, warmth, and shelter from nature. Nature abounds with natural attractions, lakes, waters, animals and plants that people never cease to admire. It is sad that people abuse animals by cutting them down and killing them. Therefore, a person must treat him humanely and protect him. An experiment is shown using strategies in teaching work on environmental topics. It was noted that during upbringing it is necessary to respect nature, animals, birds, and plants. The article is recommended for parents, teachers, and students studying pedagogy.
