MODERN EDUCATION AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR IN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Nowadays, it is acknowledged that education has a significant role in determining an individual's personal potential, which in turn impacts their social standing, ability to compete in the job market, and, to a significant degree, their quality of life. Furthermore, long-term, balanced economic growth is facilitated by human capital-based development and its qualitative enhancement. This leads to the conclusion that, first and foremost, educational quality is a major factor in the development and expansion of not just the individual's personal potential but also the labor potential of companies, industries, regions, nations, and society at large. Second, the economic systems of companies, regions, and nations as investment receivers are influenced by the level of education, which also shapes the competitive advantages of professionals in the labor market.
